Soooooooo happy we drafted Von Bell. Week 1 starter, because I'm very positive Byrd is going to have a set back and not be ready by then.

If you wait until next year, it would save $3.7M against the cap to cut him (though he would still count $8M against our 2017 cap). You are looking at roughly $6.9M (on top of his $10.9M cap number) to cut him this year. I'd be surprised if the FO let him go in 2016.

Injuries are unfortunate and part of the game but JB's knee hasn't been right in almost 3 years.
