It's actually incredibly common for dedicated weight lifters to smoke marijuana. See Arnold in Pumping Iron.

Haven't smoked weed in years. Not since college. But pumping iron was the last thing on my mind. It was, dim the lights, pop in a movie, order some pizza or ANYTHING that would deliver. I worked out then and still do now and I just can't see it. Pot may stimulate people differently but not me.

It would however be interesting to walk in and just kind of be a fly on the wall with a bunch of people that were lifting weights and smoking weed. I bet they have one hell of a snack bar.

Just an FYI to keep your friends from physically beating your ass, in a totally cool kinda way...

If you have allergies, make sure you don't cough or sneeze into a bong on the 1st hit of the only stash you and your buds have left on a Sunday afternoon, and 3 of your buddies are waiting for their hit, and see that you sprayed the entire bowl into the rain soaked skateboard ditch behind your previously best friend's house.

Not that I have any experience with that... I'm just sayin'. :annoy:
