I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
From what I've seen in videos, and from what I've read in dozens and dozens of articles so far, how in the world did this cat slip to the 2nd round?
He has stud written all over him. |

Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
He looks to have all the tools to be great
He catches well, has tenacity when running after the catch and most of all is a self motivator I read earlier that he ran a lap without being told to because he made a mistake in a drill. |

I'm impressed. Let's hope he makes it through camp healthy. Treadwell who?

He kind of reminds me of Dez Bryant ... fearless, soft hands, strong & does not shy away from catching in traffic. |
Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
Well, Thomas' under-the-radar attitude, skills has worked out for the Saints and their draft who desperately needed to replace Colston without dropoff...
Would love to have been at the Buckeye ProDay when the Saints pretty much decided they were drafting everyone out of OSU not named Bosa... Know everyone likes the amazing catches, but his attitude and focus to dedicate to his craft - that, that is what has really jumped out at me so far... |

Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
He didn't put up big numbers, but he did the frog-n-fly thing with almost everything thrown his way. Watched a lot of Buckeye football last year and for a while, his name around here was, "Howdy Dodat?" He'll be a fun one to watch this coming season.

Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
I'm no college football expert by any stretch but from what I read about Thomas, the reason he didn't have the big numbers other receivers had was because of the run first offense he was in at Ohio State.
Now that he's in a pass first offense maybe he'll put up those amazing numbers he couldn't get in college. If he can, I think he'll be the perfect compliment to Cooks' speed and Snead's clutch grabs. We can hope. |

Then when denver signed Peyton Manning his stats shot through the roof. |
Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
Michael Thomas is out to prove that the OSU goofy QB system over the past few years hurt his play.
so far so good |
Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
Might take a chance and get the jersey while it's cheap.
Sounds and looks like he's a lock. |

Remember the first and last LSU player he drafted? Al Woods, Defensive tackle in the 6th round He cut him before Preseason ended and now Woods plays on a pretty decent Defensive Line for the Titans. |
Re: I'm surprised about Michael Thomas
Trade him now why his stock is high, lol.
