Re: Ken Crawley
The receiver is as much to blame for that interception as the quarterback...
Not that Crawley didn't do a great job of taking advantage of the mistake... (That's what our defense has got to start doing for us to get back to, you know) |
Re: Ken Crawley
if like me you are also bored on a rainy Sunday and didn't know who he is:

Re: Ken Crawley
Jump ball...

Re: Ken Crawley
Ken Crawley, De'Vante Harris and Jimmy Pruitt will all be great practice squad candidates this season. Barring injury we seem set with Breaux, Lewis, Williams, Swann and Dixon (more for being our ST ace.)
|
Re: Ken Crawley
It looks exactly like the pass Luke McCown threw to Brandin Cooks in the panthers game which Josh Norman intercepted and ended the game.
Long story short, don't throw jump balls to Brandin Cooks, they are not his forte. |

Every time Swann makes a tackle, I hold my breath.
Fingers crossed he stays healthy. |
Re: Ken Crawley
If this guy perform great in preseason, we won't be able to hide him and sign him to the practice squad. This going to be interesting battle between Brian Dixon & K Crawley

a quick glance at the article will tell why he wasn't drafted |

He gave up 19 pass TD's, only had 3 picks and got called for pass interference 12 times in 2 years. |

okay, that's an unfair comparison, but if this kid was that undisciplined in college then he needs to start looking at career #2 |
Re: Ken Crawley
Hopefully under the right tutelage he can correct those flaws (PI) Put some boxing gloves on him during practice if he start holding and grabbing in practice. With 4.43 speed he just need to gain confidence where as BB didn't have any skill set

Re: Ken Crawley
Only fair to post Brian Dixon combine: his vertical is 6 inches shorter than Crawley but bench press 7 reps more than Crawleys
— Brian Dixon ran the 40 in 4.41 and 4.43 seconds. He had a 30 1/2-inch vertical jump and 10-4 broad jump. he did the short shuttle in 4.56 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.08 seconds. Brian Dixon, who has 32 5/8-inch arms, performed 14 lifts of 225 pounds on the bench press. Brian Dixon is a possible priority free-agent pickup following the draft. http://blogs.nfl.com/2014/03/25/dixo...tates-pro-day/ |

Re: Ken Crawley
If everyone gets through preseason relatively healthy Crawley will develop a hang nail which will send him to IR.

Wow, first time I've seen Mr. Rookie not abuse someone off the line.
Good stuff from Crawley. |

Re: Ken Crawley
That wasn't the receivers fault. Dude jumped up and beat him and made that play happen. It's a hell of a lot better play than 99% of our secondary last year.
