I wonder if we'll go without a traditional fullback since Hoomanawanui can fill that role. Could open up a roster spot for someone on the bubble like one of the undrafted CB's.

52 - Craig Robertson vs 59 - Dannell Ellerbe

49 - De’Vante Harris vs 20 - Brian Dixon

58 - Obum Gwacham vs 55 - Davis Tull vs 91 - Kasim Edebali vs 63 - Darryl Tapp vs 70 - Matt Shaughnessy for two (2) spots

87 - Tommylee Lewis vs 23 - Marcus Murphy

If we drop a FB, we'll likely keep a LBer or a TE for special teams play...

I don't remember having this much competition in a long time. Especially at LB and DL. I'm worried about OL, specifically guard. But other than that...the defense and offense looks like there is competition everywhere. This will make our team better. Having guys fighting for starting spots brings out the best in everyone. Just ask guys like Snead.
