If it turns out he isn't even the number 1 it's going to be another Byrd type signing. If Josh "I'm made of glass" Hill is beating Fleener out its not a good sign. Hopefully this is just a procedural "wake up call". Why the hate on Hill? He's been solid over the past few years as a rotational TE. And I don't remember him being hurt...and if he has been then it certainly hasn't been enough to give him that moniker.
