Championship!

Re: Story on Michael Thomas
Anyone see his latest one handed catch?
If Beckham had done either of the ones he's pulled in during camp it would be on nonstop repeat. The man looks a steal in R2 so far |

Payton was asked how he felt about Thomas' one handed catches and he flat out said he needs to catch the ball with two hands. It's becoming a show off trend in the NFL right now. |
Re: Story on Michael Thomas
I agree but i dont see either of his being done for the cameras. He needed to get balanced and turned around to get anything on the ball.
Its a good skill to have obviously Id have no time for it if it was just being flash |
Re: Story on Michael Thomas
Teams are going to catch wind of this and take offense. Guarantee you they're going to put Mike Thomas on blast and test him.
Hopefully they won't be able to stop him or injure him in the process. KNOCK ON WOOD |

I've made a couple myself back in my playing days, made one on a crossing route in front of a safety in practice and when the play was over, I wondered how the hell I just made that catch look so effortless. Hopefully Thomas isn't one of those divas that spend all pregame making one handed catches and then drop a wide open deep pass like Beckham did. |
Re: Story on Michael Thomas
He's only using one hand just to make it fair for the DB's. :p

Re: Story on Michael Thomas
All depends on which post you read "Championship" or "It's Over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I told you we should have picked what's his name over............."

Re: Story on Michael Thomas
Just catch it. 1st downs and touch downs.
3rd down conversions and moving the chains. He's a "hands' catcher so I like him starting right there. Possession guys are all the rave with me, wide open or in a crowd. Sustained drives are lacking so far because of drops, fumbles and miscommunications. I'm hoping that all gets better with Thomas, Cooks, Snead and Fleener on the field together to take the pressure off each other and opening things up. Running game is looking suspect again so pass connections will have to be made. Thomas can be a big part of that happening. |

Re: Story on Michael Thomas
Know I've said this before, but if you're a Falcons fan, you're thinking:
Falcons Fan screaming "WTF! We spend a whole draft to get Julio Jones and the Saints spend a second round pick and get the same type receiver!!!" Sobbingly, "Why does God hate us?!?" "F*ck My Life!!!" exclaims Falcons Fans... |
