Tom Benson's dispute over Saints, Pelicans ownership set for December trial

A federal judge has scheduled a Dec. 8 trial date in Tom Benson's lawsuit seeking to take away ownership in the Saints and Pelicans from his estranged family, after weeks of settlement talks failed to produce a final agreement.

Personally I think he should sell both teams before he dies. Do we really need a Georgia Frontiere type thing.Tom has been a great owner but future is not looking very bright as far as ownership goes

Thing is, we are not winning. If this team started winning again maybe they would shut up. And Loomis is showing he's not a capable GM without Payton pulling his strings. They see this.
