OT Khalif Barnes and QB Charlie Whitehurst also tried out for the Saints today.

Now we talking. Get some more Guards in here Payton. As far as the QB tryouts, hmmm. Could it mean that we trying to find a band aid to trade one on our roster or is Grayson about done and we are about to cut him?

I really think if we Brees for a couple more years Grayson will stay if not he will be gone and Stanzi is just a look see just in case. I agree bring in the guards.

I doubt Grayson will ever be anything more than a backup or a defense/run oriented team.
I know we joke about cutting Brees and all but if our line doesn't get better Luke's legs will come in handy. I'm NOT saying sit Brees, I'm talking about the bright side of an injury.

No issue for this so long as its a conditional or a 7th.

He's been stuck behind really good DE in Miami. Its a 1 year prove it deal cheap. Worth a look if they think he has the talent. My worry is his weight,238lb at DE. He's could easily get run over
