Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
What do you say? Do we, kick 'em, check how much for the hometown discount? Beast? Championship?
|
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
Sounds like at the very least the Saints need to look into this. My concern would by why did he get released, perhaps he is seriously finished?
|
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
I saw this last night. I wouldn't be against bringing him in for a workout. Its crazy to think that he fell off that bad in the last couple years. There's no way he's as bad as what we currently have at guard....right?
Still you have to wonder if he would even come back if he was given the chance. |
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
If the Saints do take a look: "Waste of time, washed up, what's Sean thinking"?
If the Saints Don't: "Why not? Better than we have now! What's Sean thinnking? |
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
Clearly he's done. Time to move forward.

Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
Move forward? Didn't I read about how the Saints should have brought back PT last year and Lance Moore this year?
|
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
If he comes back, then it will just give that one poster what he wanted and make him turn out to be right and thinking he knows more than others.

Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
I'm with Chris, I don't think there's anything left in that rusty old tank. Seattle's o-line is no better than ours, maybe worse. So that speaks volumes to me. I appreciate all the good years he gave us and wish him well going forward.

Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
He wont be unemployed for long, some team will have a need and sign him.

If we don't get Sitton I have a bad feeling.
|
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
If Sitton clears waivers. The waiver process is never mentioned when "We should sign..........."

He was worse than Lelito and Kelemete last year.

Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
He is familiar with the system and would bring back some continuity to the Line. It's hard on an offensive line to have to replace one good player, especially two. A line needs time to gel, more so than any other position group. This is why it surprises me they let go both Grubbs and Evans at the same time.
|
Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
^They didn't let them go at the same time. Grubbs was let go last offseason.

Re: Jahri Evans released By SeaHags
Interesting but not for us.
