this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I do think there is a massive case to be made that Pete Carmichael keeps the playcalling duties. Didn't think id ever be saying that but that offense looked good. The only criticism was that they should have been clock ...

I do think there is a massive case to be made that Pete Carmichael keeps the playcalling duties. Didn't think id ever be saying that but that offense looked good. The only criticism was that they should have been clock chewing and riding Ingram to the win late on but that wouldn't have been different had Payton been calling the plays. Its just the way they are.Best the offense has looked in a long time(well at least through three quarters). Still blaming Fleener inability to catch costing us points late
