I think part of Miles problem is that he is to stuck on himself and arragant in order to make the right play calls in certain situations.

Les is a good guy, but not a very good game planner/strategist. He'd be a great motivational speaker someday.

Anyone else notice the similarities between Les Miles and Dale Brown. Both were great recruiters and motivators. Unfortunately neither could coach the talent they would recruit.
