Charlotte area gets the national game because they are on bye. All other are regional games in the local markets of teams playing. It has nothing to do with bitterness.

Btw, in case anyone did not know, broadcasters tend to show division rivals if the local team is not playing. They don't show a game at all if the local team is at home and on the other network.
