Seahawks will be without Michael Bennett and Kam Chancellor this*week

We have to take advantage of this!

The team just announced that defensive end Michael Bennett was out for Sunday’s game against the Saints, with a knee injury. Safety Kam Chancellor (groin) is also out, taking two key defensive playmakers off the field for what would have been a challenge anyway.

We'd probably be better off just losing out and getting the high picks.

Ridiculous post; what would you think of the Saints if they intentionally lost games just to get a high draft pick?

And what guarantee is there that the players drafted will make a difference?

The Saints have been in a position to win every game they have lost and could realistically be 4-2 or 5-1 right now.

I honestly don't understand that way of thinking. How can anyone even enjoy watching football if they want a team that's willing to tank the season just to get a high draft pick that has as much of a chance to fail as he does to succeed? Maybe even more of a chance to fail.

Good hell, if the team intentionally tanked the season for any reason, I would no longer be a fan.

I've read a few articles this week stating Richard Sherman will be covering Brandon Cooks. I don't think the Seahawks will play that way, they usually play right and left regardless of matchup. But if they were to play Sherman on Cooks, I think it's a matchup Payton and Brees could exploit. Sherman's a great corner but he isn't known for his speed.

Last three weeks Seattle secondary has been torched. Like 31st in the league torched. Sherman can't cover Cooks, not enough speed. They will have to give him help. Should open things up for Thomas and Snead. Now with less ability to create pressure...we are in good shape.

Wilson is also no healthy.

Exactly. Sherman doesn't play the offenses best receiver. He plays who ever lines up on his side. Literally, you could put an offensive lineman lined up as eligible on his side, then put your best receiver on the other side. Sherman would cover the lineman. Lol.

Really! The way this season is going and our defensive play although still hopeful this team may not have to intentionally do squat.

Not a great plan we probably would screw up the high draft picks.
The Division is in reach no one in the South is setting the world on fire.
