Hightower is our best player. Been saying it all season. He can run, catch and block. Better than Latavius Murphy. Better than Blount. Better than Ingram by a longshot.

He might block better than Ingram, who knows, he might even catch better than him but run! Hell no! You gotta give Ingram credit their. The only thing hate is I can't get him on my fantasy team, so I have Hightower, which I should've started. I won anyways unless the Eagles defense can score over 30 points

Absolutely. Payton was ****ing with GW head all game. It isn't a coincidence that he was more aggressive than he has been in years. Going for it twice and pulling a trick play with Snead was just a big middle finger to GW. He went into the came wanting to embarrass Williams and he did. Payton even smiled. Not that little grin but an ear to ear smile.

Just wish Payton would have this much passion every week.

What we saw was the Payton from 09-11... it's a shame only a rivalry can bring that passion back.

Side note ...

Rams have the Pats, Falcons, Seahawks over the next 3 weeks. If owner Stan Kroneke really cared about winning, Jeff Fisher would be a dead man walking after the season.

I kinda agree except he testified against Payton and the Saints and he admitted that there was wrong doing. That makes him a snitch in my book. He was trying to save his own hide. Instead, he brought everyone down w him and contributed to Payton's suspensionm

But Payton was told to stop any wrong doings and nothing would be done, but Payton literally gave the NFL the middle finger and continued.

Payton knew something was going on and was told to stop, it's his own fault he chose not to listen.

I don't mind beating a team, the Rams are high on my list with San Fran( old memories) and the dirty birds and Green Bay. Payton surely made a statement.

Actually, after the RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME FLEA FLICKER play, you could sorta see them respectfully packing up the playbook and shutting things down on the Saints offense...there may have been a couple of more drives after that, but the offense was basically "done" after that bold statement play. It could have been much worse if they'd actually kept the pedal to the metal, all the way.
