When Payton gets fired and our team turns into the Browns, everyone calling for his head will wonder what happened.

I agree some changes need done, but starting a head coaching carousel isn't my idea of progress.

I'm not saying Payton doesn't need a fire lit under his ass and for some of the assistants to be fired, but I'd like to see what happens next year before I call for Payton's head.

Sorry, I've been a fan for almost 40 years and this "terrible team" isn't nearly as bad as people think.

There were some bad moves and bad decisions. But firing Payton right now would be a terrible move. If you can get a guy like Parcells or Cowher in I could understand. But that's not going to happen. I'm still patient with Sean because I see the team moving upwards.

Sean's playcalling just does not strike fear in opposing defenses anymore.

Loomis is only a bean counter but a good one. He can't evaluate talent or be a GM. Payton needs to be reigned in. Yes, he just got a five year contract and we are trending up but we need new blood and a strong GM. Ireland and the scouting has shown improvement and we need to jettison a few assistants(we all know who they are). Sean needs to turn the play calling back over to Carmichael and stay away from any defensive decisions.
