If Willie Snead IV departs via Free Agency, you may feel differently...

Why else do you think the Saints have signed two more wide receivers to futures contracts?

If the market sets to high a price on Snead (as it may on DL Nick Fairley) and with our needs for a Right Guard and a Weak Side Defensive End, there's a strong possibility our third wide receiver for next season is not yet on our roster...

See........now this is where our FO screws up. They are willing to let Snead go and then they will go out and sign someone else at a position of need and not restock the shelves. Snead is a must re-sign and a no brainer!:brood:

Snead is ok but let's be honest, on most teams he would struggle to get in the lineup, he really would. Same was true for Colston. Look what happens when any of our receivers leave. Never have the same level of success. Stills, Jimmy, Meachem...not happening for them without Brees.

There are better options available. I believe we are moving on and getting a faster bigger target. Tired of seeing this guy get run down from behind. Happened several times. Should have scored easily.

Snead is an ERFA; he really can't go anywhere unless we allow it.
