Re: CSC: If cut, Saints should welcome Jimmy Graham home with open arms

Jimmy has outlived his usefulness in New Orleans. We got a top notch center and a first round pick I believe which ain't bad for a third round draft pick.iirc

I like the idea of drafting a TE that fits the system who can catch and block. Of course we need good position coaches to make that happen. There are a couple of TE's I've looked at that feel like a good fit with our system and Sean Payton.

I would love to have him back but I would pass on the 10 mill.

New Orleans had to get rid of 2/3 of the team last time to meet his salary! This man is not producing on the football field! New Orleans has to find a Defense & the Saints are still trying to put a Offense back together because his not producing! And we need him back?

Excuse me? What are you talking about? What 2/3rd's and who's salary? If you are talking about Graham, the player the Saints traded for, Max Unger, was a higher cap hit.

Welcome to Black & Gold, by the way, but come armed with facts.

Graham and Fleener could do major damage out there together. BB had the same vision years ago with Gronk and Hernandez.

What makes you think Seattle will cut him when he's still a valuable piece to many teams?

How's things going on one of your other team's boards? WillFalcons81? WillPatriots81? WillYouEverLeave81?

Re: CSC: If cut, Saints should welcome Jimmy Graham home with open arms

Seattle knows teams would line up for him so they will put him on the trade block. And they are not going to let us pick him back up without a price(probably Unger) and they know we could do that if they cut him.

I must be thinking about a player on some other team. I follow so many for frivolous reasons like yourself that I got mixed up looking at my fantasy draft. Sorry bud.

I seriously doubt he will be back, but I expect he would love a return to the good 'ole days.

If cut, he will sign a big money deal elsewhere. It only takes one idiot GM.

He was doomed to fail at SEA, which was primarily a running team. And we all know about JG's blocking skills, or lack therof. I'm not surprised that he doesnt fit in their plans anymore. I wouldnt be surprised if any of our NFC South rivals took a stab at him.

I would gladly take Graham Back..... He is 100 times better than Fleener... Jimmy is a game changer and yes he got soft and maybe didn't bring in everything that was thrown to him but in the redzone he was huge for us... and the fire he brought to the team after a third down catch or big play was awesome !

No I was basically talking about Fleener doing some damage. He was streaky as a number two TE in Indy. His problem isn't matchups he just can't catch a damn ball.

Yeah, kinda of a difference between Drew Brees throwing to ya and Russell Wilson just chucking it out there for ya...

Yeah I saw that .. Jimmy Dickens was extremely salty after that hit.

Remember when he started a fight with the seahawks linebackers before the 2013 playoff game and ended the game with 1 catch for 4 yards and 3 drops...
