Since we started practicing in Greenbriar we have not been competitive when we take the field. There are plenty of people who point the finger at our resort location as one of the reasons for our lack of competitiveness.

I have a tendency to believe that iron sharpens iron(or steel) and that we are not a tough team. We have always been a finesse team. It is who we are. But we can't be a finesse team and be soft at the same time. I'm not only talking about physically but mentally at the same time. It is a resort and maybe we should work out and train in less luxurious surroundings while we get back our focus.

Let's get the team back locally where the fans who have been supportive of our recent record and give us the opportunity to follow our team closer during training camp.
