Apparently I am the only one pulling for the Falcons

I am a remote fan living in the Midwest and don't have the disdain for the Falcons that most Saints fans do. Because of the time I became a Saints fan (early 90's) it is the golden-boy 49ers I cannot stand - all their cheating and winning and everyone kissing their ass and so on.

My brother was also a remote fan and became a Falcons fan during the Deion era. He passed away unexpectedly in 2008. Had I been the one who passed away in 2008, I know he would have been cheering hard for the Saints in XLIV. I will admit I also pulled for the Falcons in their 1999 Dirty Bird Super Bowl game - wanted it for my brother and also to see someone else from the former NFC West besides the freaking 49ers win the Super Bowl!

I said it before, if Atlanta wins the SB I don't know if I will be able to follow the NFL. I will still keep up on the saints but will have a hard time being able to get involved in watching the NFL and even playing fantasy. It puts the saints under tremendous pressure also to win it all next year.

While NE is wearing white I just have this feeling the uniform trend might have a 2010-like break here(when GB won green).

I hate both teams equally, I am good with the first tie in Super Bowl history, 3-3 game finally called after quadrupedal overtime.
