CB at 5'9' / 183 ??? Ok what division are the saints playing in? Not like NFC South is loaded with mighty mouse WR. I do not get it. We must have the shortest CB corp in the NFL as it is.

Williams missed all of last season after needing bone spurs removed from his ankle. The Browns cut him after disagreeing with Williams' claim that he needed the surgery. Williams covered the slot for the Browns in 2015 and showed well there.
