Agreed. He played behind a stud like jones who rarely comes out of games. I say buy cheap and see what he can do playing 50% of the snaps.

People forget how good he was in 2014. He had 8 sacks and a int as a starter.

Backups for any other team are better than our current defensive starters, sign him.

I seem to remember him being one of their better players 2 seasons ago and he's only 26.

He's better then average. And certainly better than anything we had last season.

Who might that be?

First thing I'd ask...is he better than what we have? The answer to that question is nearly always yes. So I say yes on Okafor. I say yes to any player who is currently, or has shown in the past, able to be good at playing defense.
