So Drew thinks he can play til 45
Well next season time to put up or shut up. I mean against the tougher defenses especially when Drew has to do damage control in Ginn's bad games.

Worst QB's have played in their early 40's than Drew, much much worse.
He could do it. Hell, Flute started 5 games at 42 at 5'10" and was still getting it done. I have no doubt he could still bring it at 42. If he was bigger / stronger maybe 44-45 like Brady or Favre. |

Drew stays in shape but does get hit an awful lot. We need to solidify the O-line and give him time to continue 5,000 yard seasons.
We need to establish a better run game......yes, yes I know Ingram ran for over 1,000 yards but we need that one two punch we haven't had since Sproles left. If we keep Drew upright he can win with his arm for a couple of more years. After that he can mange games and win mentally while "managing" the game. I fully expect Drew to play at least three more years. |
