With the lead up to the draft, the AP signing became, ironically, an afterthought...

I thought of this as I had responded to @MichaelFazende about his post on the opening day prior to AP signing his deal...

Not that the Vikings fans still cling to the heresy that bountygate cost them something more that season...

But the signing of AP absolutely steals the thunder of opening week from the marquee games with the Saints rolling into Minny with AP in Black and Gold!!!

By the way, Michael Fazende is a real genuine good fan, insightful writer, and really thinks out of the box unlike some of the other talking heads...

Started following him on Eric Asher's show Inside New Orleans Sports...

Both are good guys and probably have more probing questions and discussions than most in NOLA media...
