I give Jeff Ireland full credit for turning this team around. Payton gambles too much and Mickey has always been his yes man. They both needed a real GM to run the show. I say that because Mickey is really a high value accountant who doesn't have a football background or full understanding of running an organization. Since Jeff Ireland came on board our drafting has dramatically improved.

I wonder how much influence he had on the recent coaching changes?
