I repeatedly thought that both LSU WRs would be undervalued. I will be very interested in how well he can play with a real QB in a modern offense.

True, Miles had a way with not using his stars to their potential. It will be interesting to see how he does with our coaches.

always wondered why QB is always an issue LSU. It never made sense.

Not quite sure it was the qb as much as it was miles. Under Saban the won and the qb was a game manager. I truly think Etling will excel this year under coach O. Duralumin's really was not used correctly. The kid has the ability to come in and be our #4 right away. Can't wait to see what he does.

LSU is not a top landing spot for top QB high school talent. Long before Les got there. LSU is not and never has been a QB tunnel to the NFL. This is something they must change

You'd think LSU hasn't recruited any highly regarded QB's, based on their lack of production, but that actually isn't the case. Miles recruited a lot of highly regarded "dual threat" QB's, and stuck them into a pro-style offense. As a result, it basically shell shocked all of them, and the results speak for themselves.

Only Miles would recruit the wrong type of QB, and wonder why they weren't performing in his system.

As for Dural, I hope he recovers from his injury he suffered late in the season. I remember he had a hamstring injury, but didn't realize how serious it was until reading about it just the other day. He apparently tore it quite badly (off the bone from what I understand). That would explain why his recent 40 time was so far off of what it should be. If he gets back to 100%, he is an absolute blazer. Just needs to work on routes, but fortunately we have Curtis Johnson back. Let's see what ol' Curtis can do with this one.

Did not know about his hammy issue. No telling his potential since that system did no favors for WRs so right there two things against him but If he gets healthy I could see him appear in games late in the season. Right now though just a project that won't deliver anything for a while.
