NFL's top 10 offenses in 2017: Pats, Steelers look scary - Saints 6th
After years of dominance by the defenses of Seattle and Denver, NFL offenses spent last season exposing every alleged dominant defensive unit as paper tigers.
Expect that trend to intensify in 2017, as the league's most explosive offenses treated the offseason as a cutthroat arms race. Now that free agency and the draft are giving way to OTAs and minicamps, let's examine the hierarchy of offenses. 6) New Orleans Saints Quarterback: A- | Drew Brees, Chase Daniel, Garrett Grayson Backfield: A- | Adrian Peterson, Mark Ingram, Alvin Kamara, Travaris Cadet Receiving corps: B | Michael Thomas, Willie Snead, Ted Ginn Jr., Coby Fleener (TE), Brandon Coleman, Josh Hill (TE), Tommylee Lewis, Corey Fuller Offensive line: B+ | Terron Armstead, Andrus Peat, Max Unger, Larry Warford, Zach Strief, Ryan Ramczyk, Senio Kelemete read more on NFL.com |

I'll take a #6 offense if the defense is middle of the pack.

There's the pre-season, the season, the post season and the speculation season. Guess which one we're in right now...

Breese and Payton are not happy unless they have the #1 offense in the league and are the #1 team in the NFC going into the payoffs.

How can we be #6 with an old over the hill QB? It's a good thing we have the #1 defense.............

The steelers are not scary if hurt. DWill is gone so if Bell goes down, their run game is cooked. And Big Ben gets hurt every year. Lucky for him, he got hurt during the tougher stretch of games they were gonna lose regardless last year. Of course Atlanta would be up there as would Dallas(who's gonna fall), so who's the other team in the top five? Cincy or GB?

We've been top 1, 2 or 3 every year since since Payton arrived.

Unless there are significant injuries our offense will be better than it was last year.

Know some hate it when I bring back a thread weeks, months later...
But short of an Admin restricting this from happening, I'll bring this thread back just to show... As long as Payton, Brees are running this offense, it will be in the Top 3, again... Laughable pre-season ratings... |
