Glad to see Cam Jordan rated highly on PFF but come on JP, Vonn Miller is a game changer.

Cam has never been the issue, he's balled out since we drafted him. It's the fact that we seem completely incapable of getting him any sort of help that is getting annoying.

yep fell into our laps because

Run defense: Stout run defender
Explosion: Flashes an explosive initial burst but is inconsistent in this area.
Strength: Arguably his greatest asset.
Tackling: Good strength for the drag-down tackle.
Intangibles: High-effort player.

Who will fall into this type of scouting report in 2018?

Bradley Chubb DE N.C. State 6031 273 4.86 #9 Sr
Chubb can rush the quarterback or stop the run. The 6-4 270 lb defensive end lined up at 4-3 right end, 4-3 left end, and 4-3 defensive tackle. He took on left tackles, left guards, centers, right guards, and right tackles.

Last year thought the guy was very dominant. Finally you throw some pressure up the middle from Fairley and that was a help with keeping him from getting consistently double teamed. Cam is all around good player. Good against run and pass rush.

What's also impressive, if you recall, he was "Limited" the first quarter of the 2016 season recovering from a neck injury...

Just think if Cam had a few more running mates, I think he'd be labeled an All Pro. 2017 ... it's our time.

Jordan's first job is containment then pressure. I love that about him. Team first.

Edit: With real pressure up the middle last year and with talent on the other side from him this year he should shine again.
