This dude is big and strong. I like him. Probably very similar physical specimen to Cam Jordan. 30 reps at 225 on bench. Good luck Mitch.

IF Payton is trying to recreate his 2009 formula, Loewen fits the bill...

One stud Defensive End (Jordan) and several role players who can play multiple positions (e.g. Loewen et al), moved along the line like chess pieces to gain mismatches over opponents...

Looks like it could be Loewen vs Muhammad, that's a tough cut...

Don't forget that JP has a man-crush on Zimmer. It could be warranted, but I haven't heard much on Zimmer either.

I had high hopes for Zimmer.....and as usual I was overly hyped about what he might bring to the Saints.

Zimmer, hes british? Isnt Edibali British? Where is Edibali? I thought he had a shot to be a good DE plus he made plays on special teams. I cant wait to see Hendrickson. 6"4 4.6 40.

Edebali is German, he is with the Broncos, signed with them as a FA. He is supposedly doing pretty good for them so far.

Zimmer is American, played at Ferris State and team (Robertson) has named him "Pitbull" and he's practiced well, yet has limited game snaps...

Mitchell Loewen has really jumped out for me as well, still recovering from injuries, he's very much like Onyemata, raw, but versatile...

I don't see both players making the 53 man roster cut without an injury or outstanding special teams play...

At most we're keeping nine (9) defensive lineman as Onyemata has now played 3T, NT, and DE.....

With Okafor signed as insurance because of the injury to Kikaha last season, those two have the weak side...

Hendrickson has got to get back on the field quick or he too may end up being another bust, but I suspect he'll be fine...
