Ram was very good at times (see block to open up a lane/subsequent score for Kamara), rookie mistakes on other plays. Good athleticism & high football IQ guy ...he'll get there.
Clowney & Watt (assuming they play) will be the next test. |

That being said during preseason they don't have him in there playing to his strengths . In a real game they would have a game plan for him. He may produce better results if they called more plays that were designed around him. He's hung in the league several years now and wouldn't have made it on a couple teams rosters if he didn't have something to offer. Any offensive lineman is going to take time to develop. We got lucky with Armstead. Half way through his first start he looked worse than Charles Brown but by the end of the game he was holding his own. |
