Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
His red flags from the draft rear their ugly head. |
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Sucks for him; but we'll be okay with Robertson!

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Craig Robertson had 115 tackles, 4 Pass Defenses, and 1 Interception in 15 games last year...

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Sad part is he has a long injury history from his days at Florida. I think this will be common story. Hopefully he can bounce back.

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Next man up, Craig Robertson is a hell of a guy to consider a back up.
I've got zero problems with Robertson stepping in at this point, sucks for Anzalone but Robertson is a great player. |
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Get better soon Alex.
Losing one OLB isn't the worst injury that could occur. You have to consider today's offenses; we'll be in Nickel almost half the time anyway and thus only need 2 LB on the field. |
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Hope to see some of Bighill.

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Bummer. He was showing a lot of promise.

Don't like it for depth reasons. Anzalone was energetic.

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Aw man. Sucks only because I was really hoping he was going to have an awesome year! I trust Robertson, but was really hoping Anzalone could turn into a solid LB for us for several years.
Still have high hopes for him...although they are a bit dampened now. |
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Can he be taken off IR at some point this season? One of you rule guru's should know.

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
rolled snake eyes in year one of an IR draft pick ... crap
Craig Robertson proves yer again to be a great under the radar signing. Who is Craig Robertson back up? |
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
We will be A-Okay
|
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Injury history is bad on this guy, it does explain how you get a rookie starter with a 3rd round draft pick.
|
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
His arm didn't fall off. Kikaha has history and is back out there. Thomas Davis. Drew Brees. It definitely stinks however he will be back.

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Right now all we have is Stupar backing up all three LB spots. I imagine Bighill will get called back up.

Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
He really looked good out there running around.........I hope he gets healthy and stays that way.
|
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
He sure wasn't allowing much penetration
|
Re: Alex Anzalone Placed on IR
Stupar? I see him better as a SLB. but it is what it is. Robertson is back at his natural WLB at least.
Te'o better stay healthy. if not SLB Stupar MLB Klien WLB Robertson will be the starting line up by years end. not so bad i guess. |
