Some corners are just outside corners, some are just slot corners, let them do what they do best and not try to fit a square peg in a round hole. Why fix what isnt broken.

Maybe they're doing this in case they want him to cover the opponents best wr and able to cover him if they go to the slot. I personally think they need to leave him outside
