Re: Snead (Hamstring) Is Healthy for Week 6
Okay, if it that did count against him I could see them using him through the season (he's too valuable not too) and then dumping him off after. Although I mostly see that happening to players who spout off rather a stupid **** up that he hopefully walks away from with a true life lesson.

Yea, Payton usually doesn't put players in the dog house for incidents like this. I think he realizes Snead is a young and made a huge mistake. I'm sure Payton chewed his ass, but he's not going to limit his role just as a form of punishment. The dog house is for players who mouth off, whine about injuries, and repeat stupid mental errors. He will see action. If he gets limited touches it will be about what the Lions defense is doing. Not what Snead has done.

Saints have all players, including Terron Armstead, present for Wednesday practice | NOLA.com
Terron Armstead might be making his return to the Saints offensive line this week. Armstead, who has worked ferociously to come back from the torn shoulder labrum he suffered in June, was one of two Saints (along with wide receiver Willie Snead) listed as limited on the injury report, and he participated in live dril With right tackle Zach Strief on injured reserve, an Armstead return this week would be good news for the Saints. "Daily progression, no setbacks," Armstead said. "Just trying to see as much as I can do every day and looking forward to Sunday. Don’t know exactly that will be, but looking forward to it." Snead was limited with a hamstring injury. Cornerback Sterling Moore (chest), running back Trey Edmunds (concussion) and tight end Josh Hill (concussion) all practiced in full. |

I will eat crow but I just don't see Snead involved that much this week.
He missed a lot of practice, like banned from the facility then the injury which he is still dealing with. That's 6 weeks of very limited practice. Kamara is also a big part of the passing game. I would be surprised if he got more than 3 targets if the game does not get out of hand. |
