Question about the AP trade
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; AP just didn't fit our offense. Good player, but I feel like dual threat RBs are the only ones that work in our system. Take Ingram, he may not be the best receiver out of the backfield to catch passes, ...

AP just didn't fit our offense. Good player, but I feel like dual threat RBs are the only ones that work in our system. Take Ingram, he may not be the best receiver out of the backfield to catch passes, but that option is at least there with him(and quite frankly he's gotten a lot better at it). With AP the option isn't there.
