The next 5 games are absolutely brutal.
We'll find out soon enough if we're contenders or pretenders.
3-2 over the next 5 would be great.

The defense has really gotten me into believing this is real. Though our offense isn't as dominant as it's been in the past, a real defense is what makes you into a championship contender.

I'm still hesitant to go into sunshine pumper mode given the past few years of mediocrity, but pendulum is moving in the right direction.

Our D is getting nasty. I friggen love it, and the way they played yesterday against a bunch of classless idiots...that could bring them even closer as a unit.

I still think we are a couple of players away from out D really being something special. Its good to see they have good locker room... for the test that is about to come.

I think Rankins could use a little more help inside; need a big nasty type [Suh, without the dirty play]

And possibly a Okafor upgrade, but he's decent in his own right...

I would think the Saints FO would keep Alex next off season. He's been good/above average since day 1 of camp. You can never have enough pass rushers.

According to PFF ratings from last week, Okafor is #28 ... Cam J was ranked #1.

Great to see DEFENSE!!! Different to see passes not caught because they're off. I know Drew's numbers look good but there are a ton of short screens etc. Downfield he's missing as much as hitting. Elbow compress suggests a problem?

His long ball had gotten better over the past 2 games. They really haven’t been throwing deep vey much this year anyway
