I don't recall hearing his name during the game...a very good thing

Still miss Cooks, but that's great perspective, Smash!

And we've got a franchise Left Tackle in the Cooks trade!

One other thing I learned, with all respect to those gentlemen from Dallas and the rest of the talking heads...

Saints don't lose a step on who's running outta the backfield, but they sure seem to go to pieces when they don't have Zeke...

Dirty bird Claiborne looked like the second coming of Lawrence Taylor off the edge. I really think losing Tyron Smith is a bigger loss than Zeke. That backup had no chance ... I really felt bad for him. Wait, no I didn't :p.

Yeah, Claiborne should have his next FA marketing footage now...

I liked him before the draft. I liked him when we drafted him.

But I completely underestimated his ability to step in and start right away.

He beat up on a backup OT and a coaching staff that left that OT hung out to dry.

I still see the need for an upgrade at DT.

Great warm up game for the big games coming up.

Well, Marcell Dareus was available from the Bills...

We'd had NT Dareus, Davison and DT3 Rankins, Onyemata - that'd been pretty impressive with DEs Jordan/Hendrickson and Okafor/Al or Kikaha...

Please, no. Clayborn had never had more than 7.5 sacks in a season coming into that game. He only had two coming into the game. That was 100% on the ineptitude of the Cowboys that allowed those sacks and had nothing to do with Clayborn's individual ability or effort. He was just in the right place at the right time.

Thanks for bringing back a proper prospective. He looked so damn crazy good against the patties that I couldn't help but wonder...

This 2017 Saints defense is playing so well, a starting QB has lost his job.

Bills bench Tyrod Taylor, will start Nathan Peterman – ProFootballTalk

Dear god. Am I the only one who hates that dilly dilly crap?

Maybe if they only played it once or twice a day and not every 5 f-en minutes...
