I just killed a mouse that was in the living room ten minutes ago. That's a good sign. Ain't no cheese eatin' going on here.

In all sincerity my GF's old cat did this too and what is amazing to me is their patience. Hunting wise..not sure anything beats cats. Maybe wolves in terms of working together but as single predators I think it has to be cats

Actually, it was our cat that brought the mouse into the house. He does that occasionally to have something to "play" with.

My Abita used to do this all of the time. He'd bring us large lizards, wild rabbits, birds... you name it. I miss him lots!
