Charley Casserly gives Saints all the bulletin board material they need

"This team is beatable on defense! Redskins? You can score 30 on ’em. I’m tellin’ ya"

But can the Redskins stop the Saints from scoring 50?

Did Charlie say Lattimore is raw on technique? Cam Jordan is the only pass rusher we have? Has he not watched any of the games where Okafor has gone beast mode? Score 30 on this 2017 defense? ... :bs:

I like how the segment is titled "smartest guy in the room."

I guess if the "room" happens to be an empty, dark closet with only enough space for one tiny person

He is right cousins is caple of putting up 30 in us he has done ut before. When its a passing game there us always a chance. As long as the pass interference calls arent being called. U like our chances but our corners kinda scare me too. Crawley esp. He dont like to look for the ball. Getting better but still the guy that has to set up and make a play cause he is the one they are gonna pick on.

Why does a shutdown cornerback (Lattimore) scare you? BTW, Saints have gone undefeated since Ken Crawley entered the lineup.

Once a Redskin always a Redskin, we'll see tomorrow.

Who is Carley Casserole?

Does she host a cooking show?

She obviously doesn't watch football.

I seen Lattimore techniques and talent, if you want to say playing as a top 3 corner in the league is raw, I'll give you that cause he is only scratching the surface, once he prove he can play inside corner it's a wrap, he will be able to line up next to the opponent top wr and their will be nowhere to hide them.

Crawley is playing great at corner and playing smart. Once he got caught trying to jump a route on Desean Jackson's double move and he held him, that was very smart. Most corners will try to play catch up and foul at the last second, once Crawley seen he was beat he held as soon as possible which made the P.I call as short as possible, which a P.I is a spot foul. Other than that he held his own on both DJ & ME. I wouldn't be surprised if he get 2 picks against Cousins.

Until we prove we can shut down an established QB (we haven't done that yet really) people are going to keep coming after us saying we haven't.

Casserly isn't necessarily wrong. It's our job to establish his incorrectness.

The Saints shutdown Newton in week 3, ( 17-26 167 yds 0 TDs) and Week 6 Stafford threw the ball over 50 times, (completing 25).

I don't count him. He's a good football player when he's in a good mood, but he is not a good QB. I used the wrong word. Newton is established, but he's not good.

Yeah... we controlled Stafford with 3 INTs and 2 lost fumbles and put up a 50 burger on the Lions.

solid d with improved secondary and linebackers. Holes, sure, but better. Pretty solid defense. We are really banged up too. Oline is a huge help, best oline since '11. Think this is our best team to date. Time will tell.

No! He hasn't done it before! He's done it to other teams with different coaches. Historical stats are not stats. They're just crap to allow people to run around saying, "The sky might fall! The sky might fall!"

Alot of you same guys who are saying ken crawley is doing a a amazing job are also some of the same people who also said corey white was a shut down corner. You will deny it and i dont have the time or want to look it up but you know iwho you are. Im not saying Crawley is awful just young

Another "EGGSPURT" LOL The Saints physicality doesn't match their verticality therefore they can't get untracked, so to speak.

I highly doubt anyone on this board stated those words. What's the deal on beating up on Ken Crawley? He's been a solid #2 corner this season.

It you want to be critical, how about the play of Devante Harris today?

He was right that Washington could score 30 points on the Saints.

I think what he is trying to say is without Lattimore, our secondary has issues, which it does.

Who knew 1/3 of the defense would be in the convalescent ward?

I'd expect nothing less from a Joe "Spit In Your Face - Do Anything To Win A Game" Gibbs Guy!

Sure we are beatable but the Redskins couldn't.

Casserly is a douche.

If Lattimore wouldn't have gotten hurt the game would not have been as close. Here is hoping he is Ok!!
