Gotta give Payton credit even it it took him three seasons to realize he had to turn the draft over to better people (Ireland)...

...and needed better defensive coaches (e.g. Nolan, Nielsen, Glenn)...

Team is very good and they deserve all the credit, no doubt. He rebuilt this offensive line amazingly
