Personally
The first two weeks my opinions were fine to be heard. Since we started winning, it's like let's just focus on winning without any criticism. Well, I have not criticized the team but I have been realistic in what can and won't work in certain games. I cannot separate my realism from fandom. And it does appear anything I have to say does not matter.

It's just like last week when you conceeded the Washington game before it was over. Presuming that the team is going to lose games is bad juju. So just stop doing it. Do your analysis based on 14-2. If the reality of that situation actually changes, then you are welcome to adjust your analysis. No one here wants to hear about losing games. So please if you feel you need to do that, then go elsewhere. There are tons of Kitty and Chicken boards where they would love to hear all the analysis of the Saints losing games. SFIAH |
Re: Personally
Will,
Why not take a break, sit back and enjoy the Rams/Saints game for a few hours. These random posts/rants/what if scenarios are kind of meaningless. |

Won't happen. The Saints are down a bit, so this game is already over as far as he's concerned. SFIAH |

I remember when he said Tampa would be the class of the NFC South. I think he even said mark my words.

Mwah? What did I miss?
We can all be downers sometimes. Some of you are more optimistic then me. I do use the site more when they win then lose. There is more I want to see & write about. |

There's no logic in thinking that a team with an 8 game win streak is suddenly going to lose more than half of their remaining games. Of course it happens (take a look at KC this year), but predicting it is really non sensical. All one has to do is observe the fact that each of the three teams the Saints as lost to currently have records of 9-2 and 8-3. It's not like the team took a dump against the Browns or the Niners, or that we've only won against teams like that. Currently three teams the Saints beat during the streak are above 500 and two more are within a game of 500. So why does losing to a team, on the road, by less than 6 points, with the same 8-3 record we have, suddenly means that the wheels are falling off to the point that folks are predicting we're going to go 2-3 or worse in December? Especially when half of those games are at home? Like I said such Eeore-ism drives me nuts. SFIAH |
