Yep. Hate to say it but I had to turn off the local radio today. Sure there were bad calls but I am so sick of the whining. Not speaking about the forum, and hey, I get it. There were some ridiculous calls. But we were still in control w/ under 2 minutes, in the red zone & our D was holding up. We blew it. Plain and simple.

The Saints lost the game more than the failclowns won it; the Saints probably would have lost to Cleveland if we played that way against them!

bone headed Sean Peyton calling the plays blew it.

Brees contributed to that but should never had been put in the position - especially on first down - to attempt to throw a td to a second string tight end between 4 defenders.

The QB is supposed to not throw that ball if the TE is covered. Brees is highly touted for going through reads in practice. Check down or chuck it out the end zone.

Penalties caused a FG. This means the game would have been tied and we could have easily kicked the winning FG.

Both Brees and Payton blew it. Milking the clock and burning the FailClowns timeouts were the most important issues in that situation. You solve all those problems by RUNNING THE BALL .

Even if you were trying to catch them by surprise (remember Seattle in the SB?) 1st down was not the time to do it.

If the officiating was just a little fair we win by 10 points minimum. I agree we had a chance and should've run the ball but the refs where not going to let us have this one no matter what plays where called.
