I think they need to get Snead involved more.

They have. He's out of sync...not the team. Slower, less aggressive, not as decisive, less confidence. That's all on Snead.

Wait, we have one of the best qb’s in the league that led us to a surprising 9-4 record and we should bench him to a guy who couldn’t start with KC? Makes sense. While we are at it we should staple our face to the carpet. All sounds like a win/win.
