I've heard a fine, but that's a rumor. I don't think the NFL has officially said anything. I fear they will suspend him. Especially since the gesture happened against the falcons and their owner was specifically head of the committee that got Goodell a fat pay-raise.

His gesture that I saw elsewhere in a photo was probably about the constant holding calls that were never called against the falcons throughout the game.
