I'm not feeling it. Hell no we have to fire Payton and trade Brees for some picks and get a new defensive coordinator .Thank God that some fans didn't get their wish because if we did this we would be back to the pre 2006 Saints. Most teams completely drop off during their rebuild and we went 7-9 for a few years during ours but I think the rebuilding is over. Hopefully Brees has 4 to 5 more years .

Payton needs a slot WR that drives teams nuts. Also a speed WR that not only has long speed but has quick change of direction. Upgrade at TE would be nice also. But Drew has had this wish list for years now.
DA is into year two of rebuilding and he is not done by a long shot. I am feeling pretty good |

The draft was huge. Getting rid of some coaches and bringing in better ones was Bigger.

Lattimore, Kamara, Ram and Williams are all impact rookies. Two making the Pro Bowl. The emergence of Crawley. The signing of Te'o. Nolan added to the coaching staff. Okafor and Klien before being injured. Ingram beasting. Payton in my opinion being more focused. Unger getting healthy. Warford signing. Armstead playing. Thomas showing he's the real deal. Ginn making plays. Jordan beasting. Brees being Brees. Very much a lot going right and a total team effort.
