What are the chances?

What are the chances that Rodgers falls to us at 16? I think that if Smith goes first there will be a good chance. I do not think anyone besides the cardinals would need to draft a qb and then of course dennis green is not big on qb's and needs on defense are more of a priority. Also do you think rodgers would be the higest rated player on the saints board at that time? And last but not least, Washington is looking to trade the #9 pick. How bout Howard and Fred Thomas for the #9 overall. Too Much for the #9 or not enough?
