every year, it's the same song..........
there's always someone in the draft that can't miss........
this guy's a beast, this guy has it all, trade up to get this guy and so on......... why not everyone pick one and one only out of the 2005 draft that will come in and shine above all others? does'nt matter where they go or at what selection........ the winner can name their poison, dixie, falstaff, or jax....... and yes, i do have access to falstaff and jax.......... saw the unopened cans on a shelf at a friends house...... and yes, they probably are poison............smitty |

Oddly... I agree. A WR no less. It is usually safer to pick a DE or RB, but in this year\'s crop, it looks like Williams has all the tools.

And I see Williams as one of the most likely to disappoint.
My candidate is Barron. |

Puddin, can you explain what it is about Williams that gives you the impression he will not be a good NFL player for a long time?

BTW my pick is Derrick Johnson. Mike Williams is a close second.

Here is an argument for puddin\': the guy who everyone thinks is a sure thing is going to be the guy with the most expectations on him. If he doesn\'t meet those, he\'ll be considered a disappointment, even if he is still freakin\' good.
Further, Barron is a good pick, though linemen are harder to predict based on thier college performances. |
