I'm bet if you move Bell up a few yards, you'll see his rating jump up quite a bit.

You're right, he gives too much cushion with his limited coverage skills...

Wow good play on both sides, really all 3. When is the last time we could say that?

Slot CB out wide is our biggest issue. Kenny can not hang out there.

Slot CB inside and you have the same issue with Bell and PJ trying to fill that role.

after a 43NT slot CB and cover S is top on my wish list.

Back on topic

Adding a true 43 NT is #1 on my wish list. That one position anchored down would help the entire defense and Jordans numbers would be even sicker than they are now.

Agreed.

It appears KV isn't a safety with coverage skills. Saints drafted a slot guy with hopes he would blossom into a safety . 5, 6 years in and he's not going to turn into Troy Polomolu. I'd rather a CB to play slot.

Do you see the Saints FO addressing the need for a TRUE slot CB in FA?

True, the results haven't always been there in his coverage lately, but can we say this definitively?

Even now that we know his groin muscle was complete torn from the bone it was anchored?

Does Kenny V become the next All-Pro Saints, somewhere else?

Is there a better option in the upcoming Free Agency or Draft?

He has become one of the NFLs most reliable slot CB this year

Resign Marqise Lee or Aaron Colvin ? locker room fit?

Yes

SS options that may or may not be out there

Kenny Vaccaro = 4 yrs, $21,758,497?

Morgan Burnett SS/FS/CB Packers (28) 6013 209 4.51
Beast but is Josh Jones the future?

Deone Bucannon LB/SS Cardinals (25) 6010 211 4.49 Rd.1 2014
Misused at ILB now? cards will option him but if not, i am :deadhorse2:

Mark Barron IB/SS Rams (28) 6010 222 4.54 Rd1 2012
FA? hard to believe

Eric Reid FS/SS (26) 49ers 6012 213 4.53 Rd1 2013
locker room fit? doubt it

Dontae Johnson FS/CB 49ers (26) 6021 208 4.45 Rd4 2014
Misused solid prospect with upside still

Keith McGill S/CB Raiders (28) 6033 211 4.44 Rd4 2014
good ST and so so else were

I am keeping an eye on raider FA. DA is now seeing some of his picks becoming FA

Address the slot and watch Cams sack numbers increase.

add a run stuffing double team eating 43NT and see even a bigger impact on Cams game

DaQuan Jones DT/DE Titians (25) 6036 322 5.35 #90 R4 2014:deadhorse2:

Draft I am leaning heavily towards

Kyzir White SS/OLB West Virginia 6025 215 4.56 #8 Sr

Enforcer that has made great strides covering in the slot this year

Levi Wallace CB Alanama 5111 185 4.42 #39 Sr
Hard worker that has played every position in the secondary and is just a solid baller

My dream world would have youth eating up the cap

2018
Morgan Burnett SS/FS/CB Packers (28) 6013 209 4.51
DaQuan Jones DT/DE Titians (25) 6036 322 5.35 #90 R4 2014
Kyle Fuller CB Bears (25) 5116 190 4.40 Rd1 2014

2019
Deone Bucannon SS/FS/LB Cardinals (25) 6010 211 4.49 Rd.1 2014

Bye bye KV and VB

No. Kenny V will NOT become an All Pro elsewhere. He's average. Nothing more.

Yes, there are better options out there (see Hagan post below yours).

Would Sterling Moore be a possibility at SS?

What is Delvin Breaux's future with the Black & Gold?
