A wave of illness has placed four Carolina Panthers on the injury report the day before Sunday's wild card playoff against the Saints in the Superdome.
Carolina added linebacker David Mayo and cornerback Kevon Seymour to the injury report on Saturday with an "illness" designation, making both players questionable for Sunday's game. Tackle Matt Kalil and backup quarterback Derek Anderson were already listed as questionable due to illness. Throwing this stuff out there is exactly what Carolina wanted. They want to give the saints team hope it will be an easy game. It's not going to be easy at all.
