Top CB prospect arrested days before draft... Clemson junior CB Justin Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local noise violation last Saturday night as a result of an incident at a house party he was hosting. Miller who was projected to be a late first round pick at this weekend's draft. The charges don't sound terribly serious, however, they come at the worst possible time for Miller with NFL teams putting so much emphsasis on character issues heading into the draft
