I can remember at least 5 times when Michael Thomas was dragged down or grabbed before the ball reached him with no call being made.

When the Saints started running those crossing routes and our wide receivers gave as physical as they'd been getting - things opened up for Brees and Thomas...

Physical wide receivers that went and took the ball out of the sky have always prospered above those that hoped it would land in their hands in this league.
We seem to struggle with TEs in that respect. Shokey and Graham (most of the time) were great at snatching the ball from no matter where its flight path was, our TEs lately however seem to take the 5gal bucket approach. If it isnt in the bucket...f3cket. Coleston, Snead, M. Thomas, Cooks, Moore, all fought and went after the ball. Ginn and a few more prefer the 5gal bucket approach. |

We're a small market team that doesn't benefit from the referee's bad calls.
